Kurfürstenhöfe

On the eastern bank of the Spree– in direct proximity to Berlin Cathedral, the Rotes Rathaus and the future Berlin Stadtschloss– is situated the Kurfürstenhöfe, an outstanding monument in the history-rich Nikolaiviertel.

The buildings long heritage, the well-lit corridors and the attractive floorplan of the listed architecture convinced us to make the investment. Not least due to the rebuild of the Berliner Schloss will the property considerably increase in value in the future.
